These Terms of Service (“the Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and blow LTD.. These Terms govern your use of this website and the services we provide in facilitating bookings for beauty services and orders for products. By using the website, App or Services you agree to abide by these terms. Please read these Terms carefully and thoroughly. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not make a booking for any beauty services or a purchase of any product sold by blow LTD.

DEFINITIONS

“Booking” means a booking for Services made by You on our Website or through our App
“Services” means a beauty service provided by blow LTD. or an agent of blow LTD
“Fast Beauty On Demand” – the provision of mobile beauty services to any location outside of blow LTD Beauty Bars
“Beauty Bar” – blow LTD. property providing beauty services and retailing beauty products
“Website” means the website located at www.blowltd.com or the any apps published by blow LTD
“You” means use of this website
“We/Us” means blow LTD

BLOW LTD TERMS OF SERVICE PROVISION

BLOW LTD – FAST BEAUTY ON DEMAND SERVICES

THE BLOW LTD FAST BEAUTY ON DEMAND PLATFORM

When booking a Fast Beauty on Demand service, blow LTD act as a booking agency for self-employed Beauty Professionals. Our contract with you is limited to the provision of use of our Website.
Your Beauty Professional is responsible for providing the Services to you and you have a direct contract between you and the Beauty Professional concerning the provision of Services. This contract does not include us. You and the Beauty Professional are responsible for any taxes arising as a result of the Services.
We review applications, conduct interviews and undertake other checks of Beauty Professionals with some of this process reliant on information from or undertaken by third parties. You acknowledge that we do not and cannot guarantee the accurateness or completeness of such checks, whether conducted by us.
You acknowledge that you use Beauty Professionals at your own risk. When interacting with such Professionals you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety and property, just as you would when interacting with other persons who are unknown to you.

BOOKING FAST BEAUTY ON DEMAND SERVICES

By making a booking through our website or over the phone, you warrant that you agree to provide complete, correct and true information including billing and payment information.
After placing a booking you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your booking. Please note that this does not mean your booking has been accepted. All Bookings are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email on behalf of the selected Beauty Professional to confirm the Booking (the ‘Booking Confirmation’). The contract between you and the Beauty Professional will only be formed when we send you the Booking Confirmation.
You agree that you will not seek to book any Services from any said Beauty Professionals other than via our Website or our App for the duration of this agreement and in the 3 months after the termination of this agreement.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices vary according to type and duration of Service as described on the App.
Full payment is due upon acceptance of the booked Service.
Accepted payment methods are as described on the App and website.
By making a booking you agree to provide complete, correct and true information including billing and payment information.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes entitle you to a discount as set out by the promotional terms and conditions off At Home services.
Promotional credit is capped at £10 per customer.
Customers deemed to be abusing the terms of these promotional credits will have credits removed from their account and/or their account closed.

BOOKING CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

You may cancel a confirmed booking at any time via the app or by contacting us at customerservice@blowltd.com
18-hours cancellation notice is kindly requested to help us reschedule your appointment.
Less than 18 hours notice: Any cancellations made within or less than 18 hours of your confirmed booked appointment time shall incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the cost of Service.
More than 18 hours notice: Cancellations made before 18 hours of the appointment will be fully refunded.
No-Shows: No shows or no notice cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the Services. You will be considered a “no-show” if you fail to be at your designated property after 10 minutes of your booked appointment time.
Delays: If you are delayed please let us know by calling 01256 952 100 and let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our stylists are instructed to wait at your home or office for 10 minutes after the appointment start time.
Unless otherwise specified, all paid sums are non-refundable.
If you violate any of the Terms, your permission to use the Services and Website will automatically terminate We reserve the right to cancel any Booking without notice or cause.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

Any requests to reschedule an appointment to a different time on the same day of the booked appointment time will be accommodated free of charge but subject to availability of the Beauty Professional.

ACQUISITION OF RETURN TO GLORY (residential)

Effective 14th November all pending appointments will be managed and fulfilled through the blow LTD platform.
RTG Package holders are entitled to transfer their package and redeem owed services to the blow LTD platform. All outstanding services must be redeemed prior to October 28 2017.
RTG Gift Voucher holders can redeem their vouchers against blow LTD services, all must be redeemed prior to October 28 2017.
All Packages and Gift Voucher bookings are subject to blow LTD terms and conditions and cancellation policy.
blow LTD will not issue any refunds on RTG services, packages or gift cards, any refunds should be sought directly with Return To Glory
blow LTD reserve the right to alter the terms as set out above at any time.

BLOW LTD BEAUTY BAR SERVICES

BOOKING BEAUTY BAR SERVICES

By making a booking through our Website or over the phone at the Beauty Bar, you warrant that you agree to provide complete, correct and true information.
After placing a booking you will receive an email from us confirming your booking, should we need to reschedule, cancel or change your booking we will contact you using the contact information provided.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices for Services in the Beauty Bars vary according to type and duration of Services as described on the Website or the app. Full payment is due upon completion of the Service in the Beauty Bar. Accepted payment methods are as described on the app and website.

BOOKING CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Bookings in the Beauty Bar can be cancelled by You at any point up to the time of the service.
We reserve the right to cancel any Booking without notice or cause.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

Any requests to reschedule an appointment in the Beauty Bars to a different time on the same day of the booked appointment time will be accommodated free of charge but subject to availability.

PRODUCT ORDERS

ORDERING ERRORS

You are able to correct errors and make changes to your order up to the point at which you click on 'place order' on the final page of our ordering process. If you realise you’ve made a mistake, you can call us immediately to try and change or cancel it. Don’t worry if the order has already been processed, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your order for free, for a full refund.

CONTRACT DELIVERY

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming you order, at this point a contract will form.Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for merchandise on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at customerservice@blowltd.com quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

PRICING ERRORS

Despite every effort, a small number of items in our range may be mispriced, either in print, email, in our Beauty Bars or on the Website or in the App.
Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will refund the difference (this excludes Sale purchases). If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order. Items in your Shopping Basket will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page.

PRICE MATCHING

blow LTD. does not price-match with other retailers. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.

SECURITY CHECKS

Subject to security checks your order maybe delayed. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

INSPECTION

You should inspect the merchandise upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT

The packaging may vary from that shown. The weights and dimensions are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour of the products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your personal computer equipment, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the merchandise on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, blow LTD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website or in the App. We are not responsible for the content of any off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from this website. Links appearing on this website are for your convenience only and are not an endorsement by us of the content, products, services or suppliers connected therewith. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website, in any off-website or in any linked websites.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. Stated prices on our website remain in effect for as long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

DELIVERY

Deliveries can only be made within the mainland UK or Northern Ireland. Not all of our delivery options are available to all areas of the UK. As all our NEXT WORKING DAY DPD parcels require a signature upon delivery; we are unable to deliver NEXT WORKING DAY DPD to PO Box addresses. Whilst unfortunately we do not currently deliver outside the UK, we plan to extend our services to include this option in the future, so keep checking in with us.
We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Please view our delivery options for full details.
Whenever referred to, WORKINGS DAYS exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries however you will only incur one delivery charge. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.
Upon delivery of the merchandise to you, we will provide you with sufficient information to enable you to exercise your statutory right of cancellation and address any intended cancellation to the correct addressee or to return or exchange your merchandise. For further information please see the returns and the cancellation right sections within these terms and conditions.

U.K. DELIVERY OPTIONS

blow LTD. are pleased to offer you a range of four delivery options for online orders:
STANDARD UK DELIVERY
Delivery within 3-4 working days provided by Royal Mail.
£3.95 including VAT on all orders under £50
Free delivery on all order over £50. Blow LTD reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time
NEXT WORKING DAY DPD*
Delivery the following working day (Monday - Friday) provided that the order is placed before 1pm. For an order to arrive before the weekend it must be ordered before 1pm on Thursday of that week.
£6.95 including VAT
Your order must be placed before 1pm on the previous working day.
SATURDAY DELIVERY DPD *
Delivery on Saturday
£14.00 including VAT
Your order must be placed before 1pm on the Friday before your Saturday delivery.

* All orders are placed with DPD are tracked and require a signature and home/office addresses, and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. DPD deliveries must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

RETURNS

Whilst we hope that you love your order, occasionally things go wrong. If you are not completely satisfied please return the product in its original condition within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a refund. PLEASE NOTE: all products must be returned un-used and un-opened in their original condition. Returns of opened cosmetic products will not be accepted unless deemed faulty (to be determined by the manufacturer).

How to return items to blow LTD:

1. Call or email our team at Customer Services to notify us that you’re sending something back and obtain your returns code.
2. Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Kindly note that we are only able to refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a re-saleable condition.
3. Fill in the returns note enclosed with your original order and enter the returns code you have been given by Customer Services. You also need to indicate on this form whether you would like a refund. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that the completed form is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.
4. Please return your package using the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your order documentation to:

5. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as, for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a minimum of 5 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by blow LTD. as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods and usually within 5 working days. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. In addition to our returns policy you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please see the cancellation right section in our terms and conditions.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

RETURN TO STORE

For your convenience orders placed online can be returned to a blow LTD. beauty bars within 14 days of the order date. Please call us on the Customer Service Helpline Number to get a returns code and arrange your in-store return. Our Return to Store service is available for most but not all of our items, please ensure you call to check. The refund will be processed by the Returns department within a minimum of 5 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the shipping on returned orders.

CANCELLATION RIGHT

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. For further details of how to return merchandise please see our returns policy and procedure. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us. SALE

All sale and promotional items have been displayed and available to buy at the original, higher price for at least 28 days online before being reduced to the reduced price stated either on the website or in-store. Some items within the sale are promotional, therefore the price of these items are subject to change and may increase after the sale period. Standard UK delivery of Sale purchases may take up to 7 working days. Sale items may take longer to arrive due to the volume orders through our sale period.

During Sale periods discount codes cannot be used when purchasing sale items.

BLOW LTD GIFT COASTERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory legal rights. All blow LTD. Gift Coasters are activated once a bar-coded sticker has been added to them. Without a bar-coded sticker the coaster is not active and hence has no monetary value.

1. The Gift Coaster is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
2. Gift Coasters can be activated with a minimum value of £20 and have a maximum value limit of £250.
3. Gift Coasters can be purchased in any blow LTD. Beauty Bar or online at www.blowltd.com.
4. Gift Coasters relating to services e.g. 30 minute blow dry, 15 minute express nails, 20 minute make-up are only redeemable at our blow LTD. Beauty Bars.
5. Gift Coasters cannot be used to purchase other Gift Coasters.
6. Gift Coasters cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Gift Coasters are valid for 12 months from the activation date / purchase.
8. blow LTD. reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Coaster which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which is otherwise suspected of being potentially fraudulent.
9. blow LTD. reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our blow LTD. Gift Coasters at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your blow LTD. Gift Coaster constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Your blow LTD. Gift Coaster is the property of blow LTD. who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary.

COMPETITIONS AND PRIZES

These rules apply to all prize promotions including free draws, prize competitions and instant win offers.
1. From time to time blow LTD. will run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on this website. These may be subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time.
2. Prize draws are open to all residents of the UK, except employees of blow LTD, the promoter and their immediate families and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4. blow LTD. reserve the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter the competitions unless otherwise stated on the promotional activity with a specific competition.
6. By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the promotion.

PRICING POLICY

We have taken a lot of time and great pride in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the merchandise or its price as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the merchandise ordered including VAT at the current rate and delivery charges as set out in the delivery options section of this website.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to blow LTD, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.

DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER

blow LTD. makes every effort to ensure that this website and the App is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of the App or this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. blow LTD. will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By using the Website, the App or Service, you agree to hold blow LTD free from liability or responsibility for any damage that might arise out of the transaction between you and this Website, the App or any Beauty Professionals.

blow LTD. makes no representations or warranties in connection with this website or the App, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such warranties are not legally excludable.
To the fullest extent permissible blow LTD. will not be liable for interruption of business; loss or damages of any kind incurred as a result of dealings with or the presence of the website or off-website links; access delays or access interruptions to the website; computer viruses, system failure or any malfunction which may occur in connection with your use of our website; any inaccuracies or omissions or misleading, false or deceptive statements in the content; or, any events beyond blow LTD.’s reasonable control. NON-WAIVER

No failure to exercise and no delay on the part of blow LTD. in exercising any right, remedy, power or privilege of blow LTD. under these terms & conditions and no course of dealing between us shall be construed or operate as a waiver, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power or privilege on the part of blow LTD.

BLOW LTD PROMOTIONS

Promotional offers are valid when used online at www.blowltd.com and will allow money off when you order from blow LTD. Offers may require use of specific codes to be entered during the checkout process. Codes are valid for a set length of time. Promotions are often unique and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Offers may be limited to one use per customer.

Promotional offers may not be redeemed against any blow LTD services inc., gift coasters and Fast Beauty Club cards. Promotional codes also cannot be redeemed against sale and electrical items.
